Billing

How can I stop payment?

A one month advanced notice is required prior to canceling the service.

How do I pay for the service?

We accept all major credit cards.  You can use the billing link in OBSERV on the top right corner of your screen where your profile menu is.

When do I get billed for the service?

You will be billed on a monthly basis.  The billing date is based on the date that you starter your subscription.

Free Trial

Do I need a credit card to start my free trial?

You do not need a credit card information to start your free trial. You can install OBSERV from the Google Marketplace and start your trial free of charge.

What happens when my free trial ends?

You will get a notification message prior to the end of your free trial to notify you about the remaining trial days.  Then you can decide if you want to continue as a customer.

Installation

I installed OBSERV but I don’t see the OBSERV icon on my menu.

In order to see OBSERV on your google apps menu you must refresh your screen.  Google will not refresh the menu for you.  But once you click your browser refresh button you will see the OBSERV icon on the bottom of your google apps menu.

Why can’t I see OBSERV in the google marketplace?

You must be an admin in order to view OBSERV in google marketplace because only an admin can install the app.  Please speak to an admin for the appropriate admin privileges in order to take advantage of the free trial of OBSERV.  For further questions please click our chat button on the bottom of our site.
